I went to do all of those things and now it won't come on at all. I even plugged it in to a different power source that I know is working. I unplugged what was already plugged in to plug in the tv. Now the little red light that shows standby won't even come on now. I unplugged it and plugged back in the lamp that I had unplugged and it came on fine. Again I know this is out of warranty but I'm really hoping you can do something for me here other than just refer me to a service center.

Help my TV is possessed. We came in the living room this morning and the screen was black and the power light was blinking. I checked some other community postings and see that this has been an issue. We bought it just over two years ago. About 6 months ago about a quarter of the screen in the left lower side began to darker. After about three weeks for some reason most of that resolved. I'm a huge fan of Samsung products but this has been a real disappointment. I know it only has a one year warranty but can you help me Samsung?
