I am very loyal customer of Samsung products. Recently I bought Galaxy Ultra phone, head phones and a watch. Watch does not seem to work properly with Samsung Health app as it is giving wrong readings. I have called number of times to fix the issue since this is in warranty/return period but getting a run around from customer service center. I went to 2 of their repair center to get it fixed but no luck. Now the option i am getting is to mail the watch back and we will fix or replace it. Why do I have to stay without the watch and not receive the replacement before and I return the original product back after receiving the replacement. Managers are not providing clear instructions to the customer and giving run around. NOT PROFESSIONAL AT ALL.. I hope someone review this and take action and get in touch with me.
