I got the Buds live and using them with my S8. I have all the same issues, likely read all the same posts and tried all the same solutions. I have a cheap headset that works just fine no matter where I stash my phone. From my research, I'm thinking this is an issue with all Galaxy buds, which is a shame because the ecosystem should work flawlessly. I'm returning mine since Samsung has refused for close to two years to own the problem with their Bluetooth technology in their buds. They keep giving the same answers and they don't work. Samsung, if you're listening, be honest about this. What really is the problem here?
