I hope that google is giving Samsung the bill for this . Samsung phones run on googles android. But google android phones are not compatible anymore with samsung watches. Maybe google recognizes the problem and builds up pressure. The payback could be restrictions to samsungs android version in reverse. BTW looks like samsung is trying to burry this thread by putting 4 threads together so it becomes harder to find the last answer!

Are you kidding? Apple never advertised that there watch is compatibel with non apple phones! So there is nothing to complain about at apple. Samsung on the other hand does marketing and advertising that there watch is compatible to many samsung devices and devices of other companys!! That is not right! They know exactly what people are thinking when they read these things.

yes i´m suprised that there is no comment! I know for sure they read this thread, because they did editoring my post :) They know exactly what is going on here. But they don´t even have the backbone to speak out loud about what they did to there customers.

I wonder why nobody from Samsung ist giving a Statement here on this platform! This is the official samsung support. What a shame. They know what they were doing to customers like you and now they want comment on this theme. Where is the official Statement that many people dont receive ECG?

like somebody up there mentioned. This ist a toal fraud on the customer that bought the watch before this information came out! I will definitly not buying a samsung phone. i would rather go with apple and a apple watch. At least you know what you get there after they ripped you off. and it works!
