You'll need to get into settings within the message service/app you use end then notifications. Within notifications there should be an option called something like in-app @meshuggenner wrote: Can anyone help? No prob, hope it helps and might be wise to do that refresh monthly or obviously anytime you're having issues but hopefully you'll be much better now

Not sure it'll work but you may try going to the phone keypad and typing *#2663# Then refresh Wi-Fi connection. Since I have the same phone you might as well tap the TSP update to fix - doubtful it will - the y terrible touch screen Samsung put on these phones. Wi-Fi refresh though should work.

This has been incredibly frustrating and disappointed is an understatement. I've even looked up and performed tests within the hidden menu which has a few for the screen - of course the tests all pass with no issues - yet it's almost pointless to try to scroll or touch the screen unless you prefer unintentional calls going out and other tabs opening in your browser instead of a simple request to move the website your on down. Garbage phone Samsung, chumps better get some updates sent to us but honestly I don't think it'll be that simple. Best way to fix this is returning or use sandpaper on the screen so it's truly responsive. This thing is more sensitive than my wife.
