Everyone hates the whole watch lock. It may, however, be part of Google's security requirements now that Samsung switched OS. i hate that Google is always adding inconvenient security protocols even on computers. It should always be a choice how the USER wants to balance security with convenience. IMO there is no reason to lock the whole watch, when they can just maybe have the option to secure certain apps. It is really annoying when the watch randomly decides to lock itself and I have to unlock it to do anything other than check the time.

Also, you dont have to take it off to shake the water off. Shaking your arm will do it. Personally, i never shake it at all, even after coming out of the pool.

Thank you for reaching out. @Mishiel. I see T-Mobile currently has a thread in their community regarding the symptoms you are experiencing. Give this link a try for the solution other members have found on their watches: https://community.t-mobile.com/android-9/constant-voicemail-received-on-watch-12269

I cannot even tell you how much I hate, hate, hate that new "feature". It is an unnecessary addition that no one asked for. Most watch faces have the date, and if one chooses one that does not, there is a calendar widget

Agreed. If I'm on my watch face (which almost all have the date) why would I want to see the date again in the quick panel? It makes much more sense to show the battery in the quick panel header. At least make this feature optional. Stop changing settings in updates without giving the users control!

Don't know if my follow up can help bump this up, but I just got an S22 Ultra and paired it with my existing Galaxy Watch 4. Hadn't really noticed before (when I was using an S9+ phone) that I wasn't getting notifications, but today I realized I wasn't and tried to set it up, only to be disappointed that I couldn't. Had this with the Galaxy Watch 3 running Tizen, so I hope that Samsung and Google figure this out.

I got my update to the LTE version about 10 days ago (late April). THEY FIXED THE PULSE RATE BUG! (which used to read out an incredibly high pulse - double the actual!)

Never mind, I spoke too soon. It only works when my Watch 4 is still connected to wi-fi. As soon as it's in LTE mode nothing works except the phone app.

I don't have that problem with either my active 2 or watch 4. I swim every day for the last 2 years and always wear the watch and it traks my swimming just fine. I've swum in pools and iceans with no harm to the watches.

Experiencing the same issue as well ever since the last update. Used to wear the band on the 3rd notch from the last and have even tightened to the 2nd to last (at risk of cutting off circulation). It's not losing contact i can assure you. No matter what, every morning the watch is locked.

My sensors are clean. The watch constantly records vitals and should know its on the wrist of a live petson and should not lock when I am wearing it. It seems to think that if I am not moving my arm, the watch is off body, even if it is recording vitals. This needs to be fixed. There shouldn't even be a lock except on secure apps like Samsung Pay. The very least they could do if the new OS requires a security lock, and is going to lock on a time out, is to add a fingerprint scanner.

That's because each device assigns your cards a different virtual number. I agree, it's annoying, especially if you have to make a return snd they require your card to charge back-- you have to remember which device you used. I think there should be one Pay cloud that is accessed by all devices.

Sounds like a carrier issue. You may have spotty service at the time you receive some calls. Make sure you have Wi-Fi calling on. Also check your call forwarding settings to make sure you aren't set to forward calls to voicemail
