Have an issue with playback streaming and disc problems. Seems to be a hitch in FPS occasionally lasting 1-2 seconds using built in media apps like Netflix and prime and external devices such as blue ray or DVDs. It's like the FPS dips or something causing a stutter/ lag effect. This is the best way I can describe it. Doesn't happen all the time but can occur once a day or multiple times an hour. The tv is a nice tv but I'm wondering what this could be. Also noticed when connecting ps4 it will do this as well in streaming apps but if I switch the tv into game mode I have not noticed it happening then when playing anything or watching something. I have messed with all settings outside of game mode like noise , motion etc and it still occurs, and have done test on device care, reset tv and have newest update. Any help thank you
