Hey guys, OP here with an update. I decided to invite all my buddies over for a movie night to showoff the soundbar and it was terrible. Cut outs, bass pops. I was embarrassed to own the system. I turned red like a tomato when an action scene came on and the bass started popping uncontrollably and the audio cut out for a few seconds... I had to beg the retailer to take the product back past it's return date. Anyways, with the price of this "top of the line" soundbar, I ended up buying a 3.1HT system, and it's day and night. If you have room for a 3.1 system, pick that over this. No argument, there's just no reason to pay ~$1,400 for a soundbar of this quality. TRUST ME, buy a mid range HT system and you WON'T be disappointed.

I haven't found a solution for this. It happens on Wifi(alexa) happens when my firestick is connected. Short 1 sec audio cutouts sometimes once a movie sometimes 5 times/song. I tried moving the router 4-5feet away, changing my wifi down to 2.4ghz. I tried repairing subs. Different inputs (wifi, bluetooth, hdmi). At this point I think it happens to all Samsung Soundbars. My friend has a Samsung Bar and it happens to theirs. I tried the Q850T at bestbuy and it happens there. Like what's going on???

Anyone know what this is. While I was watching something on my firestick I got some random sounds almost like when someone connects something on Bluetooth for a device. Not sure what it is. Doesn't interrupt my audio at all. It is annoying though.

I hope it's just an internet thing. I know I can get an ethernet adapter for my firestick, but this never happened when I had the media plugged directly into my TV.

Anyone else experiencing this know a fix? Audio randomly cuts out when I use Alexa to play music or watch a movie through Netflix. Audio on the entire system goes out for a second and then comes back. It once happened 5 times during 1 song and maybe 2-3 times during a Movie. Could this be my internet? Or is it a problem with Samsung. I believe one of my friends with another Samsung soundbar had the same when we were watching a movie the other night.
