Hello, I have a Galaxy Book Pro 950XDB-KC5 and it will not start up. The battery is fully charged, the power supply is working fine, it is not overheating ( nearly always on a chill pad ). I have researched the ways to shut it down and restart ( hold down the power button and the volume down button for 7 sec, 10 sec, 30 sec, 1 min, 2 min ) and still no response. Any suggestions? ...
