So what happened to Samsung Link Sharing? Used to be great, but today I tried to upload 500mb of pictures to share with my daughter, and it was a nightmare. Kept stopping saying waiting for network connection, then starting and the amount of uploaded mb would drop and up and down. Taking forever for the 500mb which never has happened before. And yes, I have great connection and speed, so that is not an issue.

Then inform us. Dont just make us think that the chargers broke and we go out and buy replacements. Sounds like they are getting greedy like Apple did, and want $$ for licensing from other companies.

They should not change things like that. I use my iOttie everyday for work, and they made it useless. Very poor customer service, and I was a big Samsung fan.

Very disappointed that Samsung did this without warning. I paid alot for my Note 20, because it worked for me. Now they change the way it works, and the accessories I have already purchased for it. They don't even warn you of the changes. BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE SAMSUNG

Well Samsung update broke wireless charging between my iOttie and my Note 20. Never had an issue. After update in October, when using charger, phone would charge and the pause charging every few seconds. Before update never an issue. IOttie customer service was great and sent me a new cradle/charger. Same issue. Tried every trouble shooting that could be done, but same. Mind you that the wireless charging works fine on other chargers. Today, new Samsung system update. Did the update hoping they fixed this issue since there were many complaints. Well they did, and they didn't. Wireless charging stays connected, however cannot get fast wireless charging to work. Again only on this iOttie charger. Come on Samsung. Fix this issue. I had no problems earlier, so it is definitely a change you made to the firmware.
