On september Samsung replaced my wireless card because I had a problem with the remote control...unpairing randomly... Now I need to replace it again? Why can't solve a firmware problem with a new firmware? What happens if we are out of warranty? ... They told it was a YT problem and now we need to replace hardware of our tvs? Why to have a Samsung official community to not take care of it? As we have said previously ... we don't know if the problem is at Samsung side or Youtube side... but we have paid Samsung for a service and it's easier for them tu understand and solve the problem with an ambedded application at our TVs than for us.... Also we know someone from Samsung reads these messages because lot of them have been moderated/edited or deleted during these months,... SO PLEASE, SAMSUNG, DO SOMETHING!

I have the same version also. The first video I tried to open it was fine at 4k during more than 10 minutes but I changed to another one and then 360p again... impossible to watch it at 2k/4k...

Maybe the issue is from Youtube side... but Samsung is not taking care of their users... It will be faster and easier for everyone if they communicate the problem to YT than if we do... They have all the technical info of the problem, we don't, they know all the info about the new firmware, we don't, they are a big company, we are not... a lot of things that they can do and we can't. ...

But the problem is that this feature (watch videos at 4k) works sometimes via Wifi, always via cable and with previous versions of the Samsung firmware... They broke our TVs...

This is the same someone posted days ago... Why we need to contact Youtube/Google? This application was broken by the firmware update and we pay Samsung for the Tv and the embedded applications installed. Can someone with not the latest firmware(1310.4) check if he/she can use Youtube app with 4k resolution and via Wifi? Please also confirm the Youtube app version... I've sent some feedback through Youtube app and website but noone takes care of it. We are on a dead end road with a dead TV...

Youtube application is not working since the last 1310.4 update at 2018 high tier TVs. You can check the issue at this topic with more than 140 replies... https://us.community.samsung.com/t5/HD-and-UHD-TVs/Youtube-issues-after-update-ver-1310-4-Q9FN/td-p/1511008 Please Samsung / Google do something, it's not in our hands. At least let us rollback to previous version, this new one broke our TVs.... Thanks

Sometimes it works with Wifi... sometimes not... I've changed the connection to wire and it works... Please Samsung/ Yotube(Google) do something...

Hello, My last tests with 4k videos and Wifi (q7FN 2018) were successful.... I don't want to say the problem is solved with the last version of youtube app (web_20210106_00_RC01) because weeks ago it worked for some minutes and then failed again... Can you check on your tvs? Thanks!

This was the most expensive TV I've ever had... and the one with more problems... - Optical One connect wire broken at 6 months (I've never touched it) - Remote and Bluetooth module failed (they replaced it) - YT 4k not working during weeks - Other screen problems out of warranty... I think it's the last one...

I've tested with this new version and now I can open videos with 4k but it freezes every 4-5 secs... with other devices at the same network and before the update these videos were reproduced smoothly.
