Bring up settings Scroll down to "Location" Look for "Google Location Accuracy" Turn off. This will solve the problem. It will causes apps like camera to be upset and want location accuarcy turned on, but it does still work. Google Maps will still work but throws similar messages. Basically it means the phone can't use GPS, Mobile Data and Wifi combined for location. But it can still use GPS on it's own, just might take a few seconds longer to locate you. There is nothing stopping you turning it back on when needed when out and about and turning it off when back home on wifi. I also recomend you submit a report on Samsung Members and telling them this is what you have to do to fix it. The more that does it, the more Samsung have to act. Also on review sites, don't give 5 star review for the phone, give less and detail the problem. The more public it is, again Samsung will have to fix.

Google Maps (and Waze), camera etc WILL work with Google Location Accurary turned off. Just ignore the prompts asking to turn it on. Its not just the Mesh systems. I have a seperate backup wifi system which is just a single router and it does exactly the same with that too. I have emailed samsung again, I already have a long thread to their engineers on samsung members and requested an update. My wife got the latest Google Pixel 5, the problem doesn't happen there. So its certainly a Samsung issue.

We have discovered on the NOTE 20 that Go to Settings -> Location -> Google Location Accuracy Turn off Fixes the issue. Perhaps you all on the S20 could try and same and see if that works for you? If it does, then turn it back on and see if it causes the problems again. If it does, then the S20 is affected in the same way as the Note 20. Submit a report to Samsung since that is a bug we can all repeat.

I found turning it off seem to work too. That is shocking. I got a long chat with samsung engineers, they will be interested to see this.

I'm having the same problem. It started when I installed the new software updates. Samsung having to book it with an engineer. I'm really not impressed.
