Translate and Bixby Vision are tools in the S Pen menu. Submitted a ticket, but support didn't have an answer either. Cleared cache from translate and bixby vision, no change. Can't figure this one out.

Just got a Verizon S21 Ultra and S-Pen set up. I'm finding that the Translate and Bixby Vision features don't work. A message that "Can't use Translate while Switch access in use" appears briefly appears. Similar for Bixby Vision, which does work in the camera app. I've checked Accessibility, the only Switch access setting there is Universal Switch. This is disabled. All Accessibility services are disabled. I've uninstalled updates for Accessibility. Nothing has helped. Ideas?
