And both dates were wrong. T-Mobile is incompetent. The cool thing about having an unlocked device is I can just switch to Verizon. They seem to be able to do the simple task of updating their phones. T-mobile support read my message asking for an explanation for the delay and they responded "good news the fold 3 is in stock!" 🙄

Apparently Tmobile is the hold up. Unlocked devices historically have updates rolled out after all major carriers approve the update and push it out to their locked devices. Verizon and AT&T have in the last few days but T-Mobile is taking its sweet time.

All beta software has issues. Thats why it is in beta. You cannot blame Samsung for your own decision. They make it pretty clear to expect issues, it is the nature of betas. Unlocked devices always receive updates after all carrier versions are approved and rolled out due to unlocked devices being used on all networks. So, no, priority updates are not a benefit and it was never implied to be.

Not sure how you guys are having so many issues. I use my phone a lot more than most and it works great with only minor issues that don't cause any real problems for me.
