My Note 20 Ultra is less than 2 weeks old and the screen is already completely shattered.   The Note 20 Ultra boasts about Gorilla Glass 7. Its supposed to be able to survive a 6.5 foot drop without a case.   Tonight I dropped my phone less than 2 feet with a hard case on it and the entire front screen is completely cracked. I am totally livid.   I had a Note 9 for over 2 years and it was dropped a handful of times but it was still in flawless condition when I traded it in.
