hi I live in germany. I have problem with samsung germany. I have samsung fold 5g mobile. I bought it 2000 Euro.when i bought it samsung offered 1 time free display change for free. Now they made excuses and say i didnt register care plus. Please fix this

The rules? Are u ok? Every Company respects its costomers doesnt complicate warranty or put blame in costomers. Good Companies give good service and warranty. Not put conditions to refuse costomers claims.

Alot of samsung fold owners didnt registered care plus. Its not written in purchase reciepe! Do u think all mobiles owners are Experts? Or just spending there time reading about it?

There rules says they included 1 year care plus for free. They didnt mentioned register it.

Samsung fold comes with 1 year care plus for free. I took my samsung fold to repair back cover under care plus. They refused. They said i didnt register my fold for care plus. This is not fair. Samsung always not respect warranty. Any Suggestion please???
