I've had a similar issue with one of my Buds+. What worked for me if you haven't tried it yet is put the bud that's not charging in a different case and if the red light goes on it means it's charging. If that works, let it charge in the other case and it should be fine after that.

as long as you ordered before the release date and are able to redeem before the end of the redemption period you should be good. if not I would suggest you contact support and explain the issue if you received your device past the deadline.

If you saved your contacts from your Google and or Samsung accounts then once you login to those accounts your contacts should be back onto your device. If they were just saved to your device, I'm afraid they are lost and you'd have to input them again. Anytime you add a new contact make sure to save it to either your Google or Samsung account, to make sure an easy transition to another device or if you have to do a reset.

Since you pre-ordered through your carrier you would have to wait until the Samsung Shop app shows the redemption page for people that pre ordered to get their credits. Once you see that then you'll be able to apply for your credits and once approved then you'll be able to spend them in the Shop app.

Hello. Check your messages settings. Go into your text messages then Settings, More Settings then Multimedia Messages and see if you have anything that's toggled off or if the last setting says Free under restrictions. Yeah I wish it would delete off all devices once you delete from the phone. It's the same with the watch. I'd have to delete from the watch directly as well.

I just know from personal experience because I do have a Note and a Tab and from what I've seen the messages are syncing. You will still get them on both devices. It's just deleting them you'd have to do on both devices.

If you're talking about selfie videos and photos, you can open up the camera and switch to the front camera, then click the settings icon on the top left and scroll until you find Pictures as previewed. Make sure that is toggled off. Your images and videos won't be taken and recorded as mirrored.

The devices are synced but deleting messages on your phone doesn't delete them from your tablet. You would have to delete them directly. Also once you delete the messages from your phone and you try to send a message from that same message thread on the tablet it will not go through because it detected you deleted them from the phone.
