Which device are you using? All Samsung devices run on Android software which in most cases require you use a Google account to be able to download and run apps/certain services and updates.

Thank you. I just registered again with the correct email before I saw this. @KnightRalph316 wrote: Go to your settings, Go to Biometrics and Security. Go to Samsung Pass and login to it. Find the app or website with your login information click on it and from there you should see an edit button. You can update the login information and save it from there.

If you saved your contacts from your Google and or Samsung accounts then once you login to those accounts your contacts should be back onto your device. If they were just saved to your device, I'm afraid they are lost and you'd have to input them again. Anytime you add a new contact make sure to save it to either your Google or Samsung account, to make sure an easy transition to another device or if you have to do a reset.

Hello. Check your messages settings. Go into your text messages then Settings, More Settings then Multimedia Messages and see if you have anything that's toggled off or if the last setting says Free under restrictions. If everything is good on that end maybe you should try talking to your carrier. Maybe you might just need to switch your SIM

Hi! I know the reason for this. Since Android 10, Pop-ups (such as in WhatsApp) do not work anymore. One participant of this thread showed this screenshot: If you tap on 'Learn More', you get the answer: I caught attention of this when I was asking a developer team of another app (that used this Pop-up function as well) why the Pop-up does not work anymore. This was their answer: And in a second answer: So, you see ... it's not Samsung (as some users here suspect) ... it is Android itself, that causes the Pop-up to stop working. Whenever you update zu Android 10, the Pop-up does not work anymore. As sad as it is. (So, do not upgrade to Android 10 ... 🤪) Glad to be of help. Peter

mute your phone prior to turning it off or restarting. or go into setting>sounds and vibration>volume>slide system off or to mute. these two options should prevent the boot sound from happening.

Yeah I wish it would delete off all devices once you delete from the phone. It's the same with the watch. I'd have to delete from the watch directly as well.

You can go into the Clock app and manually set your alarms for the specific times you need, or you can ask Bixby to set a reminder for you at a specific time during those hours.

Thanks for your inquiry. Once available, updates are released to Carriers and thereafter, it is at the Carriers discretion to release the update to customers. Since updates are released by Carriers in waves, we’re unable to determine when your device will receive an update. We appreciate your loyalty.

Same issue with my Note 8. I have all Galaxy Store notifications off in settings, yet I still get notifications for games. I have never downloaded a game, let alone played one on this or any other "phone" I have ever owned.
