I factory reset my iPhone for the trade in. Somehow they are claiming it's locked which is a bunch of malarkey. I can totally tell this is just to suck you in to get the phone and just charge you. Pretty disappointing. I looked at the screenshot and the phone has August 21st as the date. This is NOT my phone that I sent.
