I have a refrigerator I bought new in February 2016, we have had a repair persons come out 2 times after calling your support line for our faulty ice maker. Our attorney notified me of an issue and I am requesting a refund. I am filing with the NJBBB and Georgia attorney general's office regarding the fraud and lack of customer service from Samsung! The have also filed with the Federal trade commission last Thursday and office of federal attorney generals office. I plan to make this a mission until I receive a full refund. New media is next !
