Hello,   This post is more to be informative, but also for buyers beware! I purchased the very expensive Samsung Q90t for $2700 bucks because I felt it would offer the best picture for a QLED as I don't want to run the risk of burn in with OLEDs.  Well, I should have bought the LG CX over the Samsung, and I will explain why.    Samsung advertises this TV can support HDMI 2.1 in port 4 to get all the features of HDMI 2.1, 120fps at 4K with HDR. Turns out, that is a lie and the TV does not support these features.    Anybody who has a PS5 can tell you getting 120FPS modes to work in games hasn't been exactly smooth. Many are left wondering how the heck to get our TV's to take advantage of these new consoles. I purchased Dirt 5 and wanted to see what 120FPS can bring to gaming. I have the top of the line TV, let's go! WEELLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLL, turns out when you choose the option for Dirt 5 to get 120FPS, the screen darkens, becomes unplayable and you can't see what you are doing. I reached out to Samsung, they gave me update your firmware, don't let the door hit you on the way out and that was it. Thanks Samsung, I spent 3K on a TV and that is the best you can do?   So to get 120FPS mode working on your PS5, you need to turn off HDR in the PS5 settings to make sure HDR is not used across games or the PS5 menu. Since the TV can't hand HDR and 120FPS, unlike as advertised, you lose out on some functionally of your PS5.    I hope this helps others, but this has left the most sour taste in my mouth after buying a top of the line TV.
