Having the same issue twice with my S10..  It goes in a perpetual reboot mode.  Nothing works cant even go in factory mode.   I wish it was like the old days when you could take out the battery to reset.  I go online and read about ODIN 3 etc and all this tech geek stuff trying to make the phone work.  For such as expensive phone it should not have all these problems.
