I have a Samsung QE43Q60TAU TV and all has been good with it until a couple of weeks ago when a message "UNABLE TO CONNECT TO AMAZON ALEXA SERVER" pops up every time I use the voice control on the remote. The voice control works but I can't access the app. I have checked the wifi and it appears all connected and the alexa app has my TV attached to my account. What is the issue? ... View more
