same here. been with samsung since the S5 and the offer on their site was 2 good 2 pass. but that's what you get when you get a good deal. a most likely our trade ins would not pass their inspection and say 3 bad your trade in didn't make our criteria.

well fed ex is assuring me that my phone will be here tomorrow. the phone is sitting at the fed ex hub station in memphis since last wed. fed ex response was oh I'm sorry we will place a trace and see where it is. I said well maybe one of your drivers is having a blast with my new phone lol

I was wondering if I can cancel an order before I get the phone. I keep reading so many negative posts about people having issues with updates and samsung in general. Im still waiting for my S21 that I ordered and every day that I wait and wait for fed ex to drop my delivery the less I want the phone. My Note 9 still beyond good as an older phone. Do I need to get the phone and send it back? Any help will be appreciated Thank you

The Feb update was rolled out on 2/16. Verizon said they will release it by batches. First time I have an issue with a update being sent a month later. At least we don't have to worry like motorola users that still on the november 2020 update.

My phone still sitting at the memphis hub since wed. I know they got hit hard with bad weather bit geez common fed ex. Even amazon fullfill their 2 day delivery with bad weather.

if I was you call samsung and ask them. they are having some serious issues with delays with fed ex due to bad weather last week. ask them if they can honor your free earbuds if you get the phone after 30 days. it's not your fault that the fed ex is having a tough time making deliveries on time.
