Well non it's locked from trying to do on the computer it froze at 11% trying smart switch through the computer like my original one sat for 4 hours scared of burn in and reset it. Tried to restor sat at 11%. There seems to be a issue with the ultra 512 and updates on the unlocked version. Anyone else have this issue.

I've haven't had a phone in 2 months. Every 512 note a ultra won't download a updates and when I hook it up to a computer it gets stuck at 11% with smart switch. All the phones I received have the same problem when I send them back they say they can't be fixed. Anyone else have this issue. Sending mine back for a 4th time.

I sent my phone in twice for not downloading OTA updates. They don't even test it when they send it to me it's not updated. So I got a different 3rd phone today. Same exact issue. Hooked it up to my pc been stuck at 11% for 4 hours. It had October update. So again they don't even try OTA when they send me a used phone supposedly quality care checked.

usually when you have a forced update from what I'm told its a temporary fix a motherboard problem causes updates not to download from what I was told

I'm having the same issue with my note 20 Ultra Ive had it replaced 3 times now. I tried using smart switch over the computer and it locked it twice. mine just says can not connect to Samsung network. I've been from December without a phone because of sending them my S10 Plus and sending this in for repairs and back out.

over the air updates. So security patches and every time it tried the phone would just brick up. I didn't have a rattle the first time till they replaced my motherboard then I sent it back in they said it had no problems. Then when I spoke to them and told them what it was doing they said it was not fixable. So it went from 0 issues to completely broke. I tried the updates with and without a SIM card. But it never had the rattle till I got it back sounded like a screw was floating around.

I paid for the phone? They sent me a phone that could not update and bricked it's self twice with my business information and personal information on it. It was a motherboard issue. Karen but that's awesome your assuming I broke it.

I order a note 20 s ultra 512 on Black Friday. Got it broke would it won't download over the air updates. Sent it in got it back same issue and now the camera rattles. I sent them my Galaxy S20 for cash towards it. Now there is no parts and no note 20 ultras at all. They took my old phone and I've spent like 30 hours on the phone been hung up on. This has been the worse customer experience of my life. So I have no phone not my old nor new ones. They are telling me they don't have the 128 versions in stock at this point I'm like screw it I'll loose the $150 bucks. The issue if I get the 1300 refund I loose my 1) Black Friday offer , 2) loose promotional sales I got on watch, tv, ear buds ect. Plus some stuff for my office. 3.) How can they not have a 128 version when they are decently old and are on a major sale on their site.
