Hi, Thanks, I appreciate your reply. ( I had 4 not 3 issues and realized it after i sent)..also im having numerous problems and frustrated with this phone. I cant figure if im overthinking easy solutions or this phone is messed up. 1. when i slide down the taskbar,3 frequently used icons-flashlight ,bluetooth and do not disturb are gone..?how do i get them back? 2. i do have a lot of pics so i may have to free up space.. so i do that when the app tells me to.the video im recording sometimes(4x)just stops...dosent save...goes to lock screen...hmmm 3. i decided to peek at the free themes u offer in settings. (snowflakes) i downloaded it and all my icons changed which was fine excep i cant get rid of it. after reading about themes it tells me i cant get rid of it! permanent?.i changed background but my icons are stuck to a theme as well!!?? whats up with tbis? takover meant its attached to icons now its tken over. 4.the battery charger is the slowest charger I've had in 21 years. I noticed my coworkers when they carried around their iphones and always had a cord attached to it because it had To be plugged in while now I do the same thing with my brand new phone and this is unacceptable to me. i have some other things in texting That aren't right either. I seem to have a problem with this phone everytime i pick it up. ...if its charged that is. My latest 3 issues are.. disapearing icons(bluetooth,flashlight. In photos,video stops recording,it exits itself & nothing gets saved.
