On the US site the 1570 firmware is not yet available at the moment. https://www.samsung.com/us/support/televisions-home-theater/televisions/4k-uhd-tvs/2015-line-up/ Try to enable the automatic firmware updates and wait for it.

Are you having problem with Rakuten or some other video streaming app, in particular trying to play 4K UHD movies on a J Series 2015's Samsung Tizen Smart TV? This was a issue related to the 1560 firmware and not by Rakuten of other VOD services by itself and just trying with app updates or software reset was pointless. Please, upgrade your J JU JS TV to the 1570 firmware to solve it.
