Before firmware 1460 at 120hz the Q80T worked great with HDR and VRR. Since 1460 HDR doesn't work with 120hz (even if the game isn't actively using this mode) - it works fine if the TV is switched to 60hz. I've seen this reported for the PS5, but it seems to be affecting some XSX users too. Strangely apps through the XSX like Netflix work fine. Have tried everything, can't find a fix.
