I can't charge my galaxy S8 with its original charger. when i plug it in laptop or in other device it starts charging , but i cant charge it from its original charger. i've already tested and its not charger's fault ,it works normally with other devices . so what can i do to fix it ?

I can not connect my Galaxy S8 to laptop via usb. it is charging but doesn't appear on laptop .I am using type-c cabel that came with device. USB debbuging is on Transferring files is on Laptop has proper driver I've tried another usb port / cabel / device but still nothing by the way it was working properly before, but now i pluged in and its not working . can anyone help me what to do ?

of course i know, it is already in developer mode ,as i said usb debbuging is on and default configuration is set to transferring files .
