I have seen thousands of customers with the same issue I’m having with the note 10 not charging due to low battery temp. My phone went 2 months over the warranty and I find absurd that when I called Samsung, I was asked to pay to get my phone repair when it’s a manufacture defect. I'm a loyal customer who owns many Samsung products from laptops, to phones, TV and even my washer and dryer. I have never experienced a problem like this one before. I gave my old galaxy s5 phone to my uncle and still works until today and a bright new phone is giving these problems. Samsung should recall the note 10 phones and fix it for free regardless if the warranty is expired without having us to pay $80 for it. After this experience I’m considering switching to a different brand since Samsung don’t care for their customers
