This response at least seems to confirm what tech support told me. That you aren't supporting Android 10. After the Android 10 update to my Pixel 3a I'm having the same issue. Although I reset my watch and tried to reinstall. Now the software crashes before I can pair and the watch is unusable. Won't even work as a dumb watch until the software setup can complete. S ince I have a pixel 3a running Android 10 that isn't on the support list in the link below. Even though it was working fine before Android 10. Does that mean I have to choose between downgrading my phone or throwing away my 300 dollar watch? The supported list is old and a short list. I have the same issue everyone does with Android 10. I talked to their tech support about this and all they would tell me is that they don't support Android 10. Although their specifications even on their website don't mention any such limits. But so far that is the only official answer they have given me. If they are going to provide a fix someday, it would be nice to know. Since the current answer means I no longer have a watch. I reset it to attempt a reinstall/pairing. Now i can't get it to pair again and the watch won't work without pairing to a phone first. This experience is turning me off to every buying connected watches again.
