Just got off of the phone with ATT, it is a known problem with the Samsung code. The work around is to open the Messages App, click Adanced Messaging and turn off Advanced Messaging,Share Read Status,and Share Typing Indicator. This worked for me

After installing Android 11 I can no longer receive photos by text, whether wifi is on or off. I also can no longer see Read Receipts even though it is setup in settings. I am using a Note 20 Ultra on ATT.
