Hi, guys! I just bought Samsung Galaxy s10 plus, and something has been bothering me. When I opened up the box, which was sealed, I found out that there are fingerprints on the back of the phone... It looked as though the protectors have been compromised. I called the local Samsung representatives, they checked the IMEI  and said it was original and warranty is active. They are guessing that it has something to do with packaging (someone did not do it properly). I also have a warranty from the website I bought it, and they have a store, where you can see what they offer. Well, I guess I did it too. I punched it for a sec, no popping sound, it only entered for about 3 millimeters. I felt something hard and got it out right away. Mic works fine on speaker, video, etc. I got confused by two specialists - one said I could have damaged water resistance and mic, the other said it would be hard, because they are deeper and at angle. I've read Samsung maked the mic holes L-shaped and it is hard to damage with a straight tool. Can someone tell me what the truth is? What are the options? Tnx in advance :) Best, Tzevti ... View more
