I have been having the exact same issues with Verizon. Have been since the day I received our S21's. Was hoping to find a pot of gold at the end of this thread, but alas another dead end. Samsung is blaming Verizon, Verizon blaming Samsung. Meanwhile, my wife has shelved her NEW S21 5G for her old stable S10e 4G. She was getting way to many dropped texts and calls. And we finally began to notice the the signal bar drop from 5G to nothing then come back as 4G. Texts go out, but we get a failed message after 2-3 minutes. Oh and btw, I "upgraded" from a stable S20fe 5G with NO issues what so ever to this S21 Ultra garbage. HUGE draw back to using SAMSUNG and pre-ordering with those great discounts on trading in your old phone. I'm STUCK with the S21 Ultra, Samsung already has my trade-in....UGH Wife's 2nd replacement S21 is due any day now. If this one tanks, she's sticking with her old one.
