I kindly added information that I received from Samsung support last week, but my post was removed.  I have seen this question in other forums so I am hoping to help out my fellow Samsung Community. There is a batch of Samsung Galaxy S21 Ultra's that were shipped as pre-order that have a defective optical lense. If your 10x pictures are always grainy and poor quality you may have one of these phones. I am not stating any information that I didn't receive from Samsung Support, so the Admins for this service should have no reason to edit or remove my posts. Please explain why it was removed the first time. Thank you.
