For me, animation scaling in Developers options is OFF. Still, there is an animation when switching apps. I can't turn it off :persevering_face:

Hello, With the new 3.0 ui update, I can't find how to remove this animation when switching apps. I have disabled animations from settings, and all other animations are disabled, but this one isn't.
