Hi! Touch is 70% of the time not recognised. But particularly when I try to update the SW (pressing the update button) I get the message "Failed to communicate with the update server"! I am testing update to see if a later version of the firmware may improve the problems I am having with the touch unlock. I am on iMAC with OSX Catalina 10.15.7, and my internet connection is fine with no problems. I appreciate any help on this. Thanks.
