I just started having issues on this TV. UN55HU6830 I'm getting between 3 and 10 mbps when I test it (using Netflix network test). My laptop sits right next to this tv and gets 250 mbps. It rendered Netflix and Amazon Prime useless which is what we use the TV for 90% of the time. I've tried powering down the TV, doing the factory reset. It won't let me download a software update because of the internet issue. I tried via USB and it said this wasn't a valid update. I also tried changing the DNS to 8888. Any other hints?
