If you have read the string, you'll see that two of us have done the factory reset and now the watches won't even connect to our phones again. Why should we have to pay for help to fix something that your update obviously broke?? You should be on here giving us detailed instructions on how to reconnect our phones again. AND telling us when you'll release a new update that will fix the battery drain.

I'm starting to wonder if they're taking lessons from Apple on how to tank "old" products so people have to buy new. Is it a coincidence that the Galaxy Active 4 is getting ready for release?? Got news for Samsung, if they don't fix this, I'm going back to FitBit! Pulled my old one out of the drawer after sitting for over a year and a half, charged it up, and yes even let it do two updates - and it's good to go again. And frankly, I prefer the fitness tracking of the Fitbit way more over Samsung Health. I've never been thrilled with that. Now that Fitbit has more of the smartwatch features that I want, to me it's a no-brainer this time around.

OMG! That is exactly where I'm at too. Did a backup, then reset. Now the watch says "check your phone to complete setup", and the phone is stuck in "finishing pairing limbo". Nothing will function! Grrrrr. FIX THIS NOW!!!! I've uninstalled the app, restarted my phone, turned the watch off and on..... NOTHING!!

I finally got home to my charger. Watch completely dead. I put on the charger and let it get to 9%, then turned it back on and replaced on the charger. It started LOOSING charge even as it was supposed to be charging! 😡 😡 Turned back off, replaced on charger and it's up to 12%. I have no hope at all that it will last when turn it back on. Sooo ticked off!!

I have the Galaxy watch 42mm in rose gold. Last night it did a new Tizen update and now my battery is dying - from a full charge to dead in less than 2 hours! It takes longer to recharge than it does for it to die again. HELP!!!
