NQ70M6650DS - we purchased a new construction home that has 100% samsung smart appliances. We moved in in October 2020 as the first residents. Our Samsung combo wall oven and microwave stopped working the first time we used the oven. The microwave works, and we have used it often. We tried warming up some leftovers in the oven and the power completely turned off for the entire unit. We reset it at the breaker panel outside, and the microwave started working again no problem. The oven comes on and everything seems to work but there is no heat. It says preheating at 175 and does nothing from that point. It does not get to 175, it just sits with the fans blowing. The heating element does not heat up and it does not do anything. When I contacted Samsung, they said the unit has no warranty even though my house is new. The developer must have purchased it and installed it while building the house, which was some time ago. Any advice? I put so much into this house, I cannot afford $1000s of dollars in appliance repairs.
