I think since the update that was widely reported to be released on 4/30 was actually never pushed it's definitely a hardware issue and no one wants to admit to it

i got a brand new one, luckly, ##736# or ##738# cant remember which one, then click view scroll down it tell u refurb yes or no.
good luck. make sure do not use cellular/data/voice/internet till u connect to wifi, and once it set up then update everything, after that u r good, enjoy ur new speed 😛

Just left Sprint corporate store and started the process for Asurion exchange - on backorder - tech said another update is scheduled for 4/30 - she didn't seem confident that it was going to fix the problem

Just hung up Sprint - had to call because of disabling bands 25 & 41 I have gone over data roaming limit. SUPPOSEDLY an update is going to be released within the next 24 hours - we shall see

When this first started I tried disabling band 41 only and that didn't help. Went back to all bands in hopes a quick fix was coming but after the last update didn't help I went back and disabled both band 41's and band 25. Now I'm able to have a stable connection - it's not fast, but at least it's reliable. I suggest to everyone to stop driving yourselves crazy like I did & just disable the bands. EVERYTHING in my house is Samsung along with the Gear S3 Frontier and I really like the Galaxy Buds that came with my S10+ and really don't want to look at other options.
