Hi. Trying to help an elderly neighbour. Her S8 screen lock has turned on by itself. She insists she didn't turn it on and has no idea what the code is.  She have never had the phone locked with a pin. All her contact number are in the phone so it's really important we unlock it for her. The general internet searches have not helped to find a work around.
