less likely but check if Cricket supports S10 5G model. Other than that... idk... you'll have to ask Cricket in regards to why it's not working.

That isn't a carrier issue. That is a you probem. You should have researched. If you wanted a phone with a charger you need a mid range phone. Flagships haven't had them since the 21 line. Don't blame your carrier for something you should have looked into

Actually happened to me as well. I ordered a phone and buds and the package only contained the buds. After an hour with customer support I finally called the police and told them what they told me. An officer came and said basically he couldn't file a report because no crime had been committed. I agreed and told him the packaged was completely fine and that there was no tampering. We both called Samsung and told them this (the officer speaking) and he told them he was going to file a report with them as a suspect if they did not refund the money. They did! But now I have to reorder the phone and wait for a refund. What if this happens again?? The package was late to begin with and now I'm a month without a phone. This is ridiculous.

I for one, am actually glad to be rid of the 3.5mm jack in favor of a digital USB-C Port. As with my S21 Ultra, I've been using Shure SE-846 Earphones with a Genuine Samsung USB-C adapter in black and the sound is PHENOMENAL. You'd be simply amazed by the sound quality using a GENUINE Samsung USB-C Adapter because it unleashes the AKG Tuned DAC only available when using a Samsung Adapter. Adjusting the volume to just 50% will blow your mind away. Anyone who complains about the loss of the 3.5mm jack has not attempted to see the value of a USB-C Port. The possibilities to expand the use of our devices it's exponential. Think accessories. With a USB-C Port you'll be able to expand storage, use multi-port adapters, digital cameras, printers, video equipment and of course Earphones/Headphones. These are just a FEW examples. With a S22 Ultra you can spend no more than $50 TOTAL on Genuine Samsung Accessories (USB-C Adapter & 256GB 2 in 1 USB-C Flash Drive) and NEVER MISS THE GALAXY NOTE AGAIN.. GUARANTEED. I offer a "Your welcome" to anyone and everyone enlightened by reading this! Because you just got schooled on the potential your S22 Series, the S22 Ultra in particular, device is offering you. I'll be glad to provide anyone with the Samsung model numbers for each of the inexpensive "upgraded" I've just mentioned. Apple can't come close to stating these facts. But then again, THEY NEVER COULD.

I have the same problems with the base model! I am at 90% before I even walk out the door just from getting ready for the day. Usually around 30% by lunch time, and I'm lucky if it is still on at 2pm. I have one app open at a time, brightness set on the lowest setting and still see the screen, and extra dim. Plugging in the charger says it will take 1hr 39 minutes to fully charge, so I put it on airplane mode and do not disturb for on an hour long tour at work and come back to my phone only 16 percent higher. If it isn't attached to the charger it's only a matter of minutes.

Can you post a photo of your battery usage so we can help identify the culprit? Also recommend trying GSAM or Accubattery. You would have to do some additional steps to find the exact app that is causing issues since they don't always report in battery settings. Also recommend trying good guardians app (it's an official Samsung app) and wiping your cache partition.

UPDATE: I installed the latest version of Android Auto 7.6, hoping it would resolve the loss of connectivity. It did not. That's the latest and greatest release from Google... which means, SAMSUNG, this is your problem to solve! Why is it being ignored? I used chat on the Samsung support website, and the agent told me there were no other reports of Android Auto not working! I told him to tell his boss to look here in the community, where he would find dozens of complaints - all from owners of newer Galaxy flagships.

I have a branded Tmobile S21+ and I show esim support under the sim manager menu. I have tried two different eSim companies, easy to setup, but absolutely no data connection for either even with their very good help/support. Does this simply mean my S21+, having eSim support built into it, still doesn't allow the use of an eSim or do I likely have a different issue?

I have TMobile. They had to replace my phone a few months after I bought it bc it was so glitchy. I still have a lot of the same issues. I've been through the transfer between them and Samsung I'm sick of it. One major issue is my visual voicemail from my old phone company still works but T-Mobiles won't. No one can figure out why!

3g & 2g band (on mobile devices) won't work in USA anymore. You can use the WiFi call setting in device with your default phone number or get an e-sim subscription

Sorry for late reply but I know my device is eligible for 4.1. I've read, though, that I won't see any of the camera features that the newer phones are receiving and that seemed to be the hype around 4.1. Guess I should be grateful for quarterly security patches. Maybe I'll trade in for the s22 if samsung is still offering that great return rate.
