I have the same issue. I have the Samsung S21, I use the Galaxy Wearable app, as per the instructions with the Galaxy Buds. It is extremely frustrating having calls drop constantly when I adjust the ear buds. Like other's have stated, I check to make sure that Block Touches is turned on before I make a phone call. It does appear to be a firmware issue. I expect more from Samsung with their tier 1 products.
