Thanks a lot for your reply. Yes, I will return the device but it is a shame I still don't know whether they are common problem of this model or I got unlucky. As advised from the moderator I posted it in Europe Community but still no one with this model has replied. Regarding the HDMI, Microsoft service connected to the computer and after several hours they told me that the audio drivers have a bug that prevents them from identifying the second screen audio output and that Samsung needs to fix it within the next drivers update. I passed this info to Samsung but I still didn't get any feedback.
