I am having trouble with the fingerprint reader - the Windows system error (below) leads to the system becoming unresponsive and ultimately hard rebooted Windows is fully updated, Samsung device updates are current I have tried removing and reinstalling the driver from Samsung update Any further ideas welcome. "The device CanvasBio Fingerprint Driver (location Port_#0005.Hub_#0001) is offline due to a user-mode driver crash. Windows will attempt to restart the device 5 more times. Please contact the device manufacturer for more information about this problem."
