Yea I've had it be really slow for about every app and I've had it just kick me out of about every app. It might be doing that if you're using a lot of storage on your phone. Other times you might need to close all the background apps. Otherwise it's just because it's a budget phone.

I has the same problem and you can't really fix it. You'll be doing the most basic stuff and the phone is just super slow. I got frustrated and decided to buy a new one because just like you I had it for a little over a year and it would take about 15-20 seconds just to open the messages app.

I experienced the same thing with my a11 but I had att. Eventually I just got a new phone because I got sick of it when I had updates promised and then pushed back multiple times. Some a11s update and some don't.

My fingerprint sensor works but it says action required in diagnostics and sometimes would just randomly shut off when I used it to unlock my phone. Anybody got an answer??
