I resolved my particular issue I used a 1GB FAT32 formatted USB drive and I was able to install Disney+ to internal memory and HBOMax to the drive. At the time that I installed Disney+, it was installed to memory by default. I didn't have a choice because there was enough memory for it. When I installed HBOMax, it was too large for the available memory and a dialogue window opened to offer me to choose the USB drive. This worked and now both apps are installed and the TV appears to be operating well again

I have a UN55MU650D with software version 1290.3 This issue just started for me as well and judging by the dates of the posts in this thread, it appears to be associated with the latest firmware. My TV is working fine with the one exception of it not having enough memory to download any apps. I've reset it multiple times using Turn on TV and press and hold power button on remote until it turns off and on again. Go to Settings > Support > Self Diagnosis > Reset Smart Hub Go to Settings > Support > Self Diagnosis > Reset Disconnect power for a few hours The amount of available memory is steadily decreasing, even before I attempt to add any additional apps. Of all of the pre-installed apps, I only want to use 2 of them and it's not possible to delete the other apps. I want to add two apps that I had before, but there is only 22.85MB available and 793.33MB used.
