Samsung got greedy and became douchbags. All they care about now is money. Look at the issues the S20 line of phones is having. Samsung is the new EA games of loot boxes. Samsung will be known for loot boxes of ads.

Yes just checked the Google play store and Samsung did in fact remove a ton of 1 star ratings. Just another dirtbag move by Samsung and another reason that it is time to switch brands.

I was going to get the new Note 20 Ultra this fall for my upgrade but after this let's inject ads into our apps and other issues that Samsung tries to sweep under the rug I am now looking at "other" phone manufacturers to purchase. Samsung has turned into the EA of cell phones. Aka loot boxes for ads.

Samsung cloud is going away in our normal use. It will still be there when it comes to the device it self as in backing up apps and settings but as far as picture storage it is gone. Samsung cloud has converted to One Drive by Microsoft.

Yup me too. When you paid 1400 dollars for a flagship phone you shouldn't be getting ads in the built in aps. Sorry Samsung but you went way too far being the loot boxes of apps. You have now become the EA of apps.

This S10+ that I paid 1400 dollars for will probably be my last Samsung device. My next upgrade i will be looking at other brands. Hate to say it but for Samsung to now put ads on everything is just crossing the line.

Whats even sadder is that the Tab S6 Lite, the way cheaper lower specd model comes with it out of the box. Seen lots of YouTube vids on the Tab S6 Lite and it comes with Android 10 UI 2.1

Take the loss and learn from this. Go with another brand if you must stay Andriod. If not then I recommend that you look at Apple. My daughter has a 5 year old IPAD tablet and to this day its supported and updated. Look elsewhere
