Well it seems we aren't the only ones suckered into buying this p.o.s. tv.  Not even two years old and the screen is going dark on the left side. Of course, out of warranty.  Saw a home solution so gonna try that before calling in repair.    Reading here I see it's  CHRONIC problem with samsung.   NEVER AGAIN.   Back to Sony for us. ...
